To participate, either submit a photo of your kids old watch or leave a review with pictures of your imoo Z7 on the website( https://eu.imoostore.com/products/imoo-watch-phone-z7 ).Once your submission is verified, you'll receive a 50% refund through your original payment method.
The program is open to legal residents aged 18 or above, residing in Denmark, Germany, Belgium, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, or the United Kingdom. (Note: Currently, the imoo Z7 Watch Phones only support English, German, and Spanish languages. Please refer to the product description page for relevant network frequency bands). The shipping address for the order must be within
these countries. Unfortunately, those who do not meet the above criteria will not be able to participate in the program.

4.You need to email imoo(event@imoostore.com)a picture of your kid's old watch(any brand)to imoo,or leave a review with pictures of your kid's imoo Z7 to participate this program.The email should be sent during December 11,2024(CET)and January 10,2025(CET).
5.The picture of your kid's watch must be a real photograph,taken by the owner while wearing the watch.Images from the internet, posters,or marketing materials will not be able to participate in the program.
6.If you join the program by submitting a screenshot of your review, the corresponding review is not allowed to be deleted and it needs to be posted on the imoo official
7.If you initiate a return after successfully participating in the promotion,we will refund the amount you actually paid,after deducting the discount and cashback.
8.The first 70 users who place an order each day can participate.If you're not in the first 70,you won't be eligible,even with a valid email.imoo will notify you via email whether you can participate in the program and will publish the list of those who have received rewards before January 30,2025,CET.
9.imoo may use your comments for commercial activities while ensuring the protection of your privacy information.

Reembolsos o sustitución
Nuestra política contempla 15 días de calendario. Si han pasado más de 15 días desde la recepción del producto, no podemos ofrecerte un reembolso o sustitución.

Reembolsos retrasados o no realizados
